Lisa Amira, M.Ed

Lisa Amira, M.Ed obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the California State University of Long Beach in Communication Studies and her Master’s degree in Elementary Education. Currently, she is finishing her last year of Graduate school to complete her MA in Mental Health Counseling. Lisa has specialized work experience and training in mental health crisis stabilization, severe and persistent mental illnesses, learning disabilities, and behavioral modification techniques. She is currently working as a teacher at The Achievement Center in Sarasota teaching high school Psychology and English.
